What happens when you find yourself in your little room that’s shrinking above your head?! Walls are coming together and sometimes it’s even hard to breath. Can you beat you, I know that many times you’ve tried?! You shout at your head but it doesn’t listen! It’s not that every day is like this one but it isn’t rare to happen. And that feeling that you maybe sometimes know what you should do, but how to put yourself into action, is your head the deaf one?

After a little gloomy intro I will show you that it’s not meant to be gloomy after all. What if I told you that you are the main protagonist of the drama YOU have directed?!What if I told you that maybe you should let go? Now you’re thinking – a lot of people say that bull***! Well, I’ll be your opponent in this one – “It’s not Bul****!!” Are you disguist by the word  I used? You know I used asterixes just for my respect towards you, but to be honest I have nothing against the word and still I know and use polite manners! Why? Because It’s all in your head! You needing an inspiration, ME giving it to you, this, good and wrong, you being not worthy, your bad behaving children – it’s your mind playing with you and having some darn fun! I’m here to help and I am truly hoping to do that because once in my life I’m not angry with this nervous police officer or my mom!  The balance….

HOW??? Many say that you need to nourish your soul, other – body! I say both! Actually, all three! Obstacles may be on many levels, you just need to listen and realize they do not exist!
